    Item is new, in original box!
    I moved the handles and valves around, everything moves fine!
    The only issue of note is the clock style guage thing in the top right corner of the first pic (close up of pic 4).  The thin metal sheet that has the numbers on it is bent back a little bit.  I took the back plastic piece off, no issues with the instrumentation, just the face thing is rippled a bit, but I don't think this effects anything aside from how it looks.  Back plastic piece was easily reattached as it's just held by two screws.
