Comes exactly as shown. Will come with HDMI cable, but does not come with power adapter. Requires DC 9V cable. Console was tested with 5V cable and was able to power on, but did not have enough to power camera so was unable to test the camera. The shop I picked it up said everything was working though, so take that for what you will. Since it is being sold AS IS, there are no returns for this item. Feel free to ask any questions.
